Preisungen

Preisungen was composed in 1989 and dedicated to Britta and Markus Stockhausen to their wedding. To describe it in a perfunctory manner: Preisungen is a four-movement work conceived as a duo with parts of equal importance for the organ and the trumpet. But the music itself? Here, the composer remains silent, to let the listener approaching and understanding the work in his own personal manner.
